What regions are included in the Closed Alpha?
We will gradually grant access to players from different regions. If you’re located in North America or Europe you are likely to get access. There will be more regions included provided our servers and capacity allow.

What are the system requirements for Closed Alpha?
Recommended:
OS: Windows 10 / Windows 11
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 / Intel Core i7-9700 CPU
Memory: 16 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 / AMD Radeon RX 6800
Network: Broadband Internet connection
Storage: 30GB available space
Note: Please keep in mind that these specs are for the Closed Alpha specifically we are still optimizing and the launch specs will be lower.
What should I do if I encounter issues during Closed Alpha?
You can notify us of any critical issues on our Discord server via the forum or Modmail, Steam Community or any of our social media channels.Â
Are there voice comms in game?
Unfortunately not yet. Join us on Discord and use the voice rooms.
Where can I give feedback?
Join our Discord server. You will find a feedback form you can fill out or you can make posts in our Discord forum/Steam community.
Can I record and stream the Closed Alpha?
Yes! We love to see your clips, memes, bug reports and anything in between.Â
Will there be an in-game reward for joining the Closed Alpha?
Players that participate in the Closed Alpha will be rewarded an exclusive weapon skin. The skin will be granted when the game releases.
Will any progress I make during the Closed Alpha carry over to the live game?
No. XP will be disabled and any progression will be deleted when the game is launched.Â

Are there cosmetics?
There will be skins in ALARA Prime but they have been disabled for the Closed Alpha.
